Guidelines for Online Registration for Admission to Pre- Nursery to Class IX

(2025-26)

1.    Applicant’s parents are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case of unavailability please create a new E-mail ID before applying online.

2.    The registration fee of Rs.1200/- must be paid through online mode only. Registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

3.    The name of the applicant, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth & other details must be filled in correctly in the form. 

4.    Passport size photographs of the applicant and parents are required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the photograph not more than 200 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) with resolution 200 X 230 (width 200 pixel, height 230 pixel). 

5.    The Online Application Form must be filled very carefully. While filling the form, if a Data field is mandatory then it should not be left blank in any case. If each mandatory field is filled correctly, then as soon as the applicant clicks on "Submit" Button, he/she will get the "System Generated Application Form" with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of “System Generated Application Form”. 

6.    Aadhaar Card Number of the Applicant must be filled in at the time of online Registration. If Aadhaar Card of applicant does not exist, fill "NA" but applicant’s Aadhaar Card must be submitted at the time of admission.

7.    Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of “System Generated Application Form” with them for their personal record. 

8.    After online submission of the application form, the applicant will get his/her admit card on the school website www.ggpschas.org within a specified date range. For this the applicant has to enter his/her system generated Online Registration Number and Date of Birth. 

9.    Admission to classes Prep onwards (upto class IX) is subject to availability of seats and clearing of written and/or oral test by the applying candidate.

10.   All communication regarding Admission Test will be done through school Website/E - mail/SMS/School Notice Board only. 

11.  Registration and   acceptance of the Application Form by the school does not confer any right of admission in Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Chas. 

12.  Name, Date of Birth and other details of Applicant and his/her Parents are required to be filled in correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates/documents. No corrections or changes will be entertained later on.

14.  Original Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be produced at the time of admission.

15.  Withdrawal/Cancellation of Admission will not be entertained and no refund request will be admissible. Hence Parents/Guardians are advised to take this condition into the account before seeking admission and depositing fee, if selected.

16.  Link of Online Registration will be closed by providing 24 hours advance notice at school’s website only.
